Dear Customer:

It's time to think spring! We really appreciate your business and we are looking forward to servicing your boat for another wonderful boating season. Please complete and RETURN THIS FORM TODAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR LAUNCH DATE. If you have any questions at all please feel free to give us a call.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING; WE NEED YOUR HELP & COOPERATION:
Boats will be scheduled by appointment; First responders will be scheduled first. If the schedule for launching boats on the date you request is full, your boat will be scheduled for commissioning and/or launching on the very next available date. We pride ourselves in meeting your requested date and in return ask that you give us the actual date (not earlier) that you need your boat.

UNCOVER SHRINK WRAP
     Uncover/recycle shrink wrap removed from boat

BOTTOM PAINT
     Recoat with Pettit Hydrocoat Ablative Paint (this is the preferred paint - no build-up,
helps maintain boat speed)
Recoat bottom with Ablative Paint, includes paint and all material
   * Extra sanding/scraping is extra at time plus materials

BOTTOM PAINT - NEW BOAT
     Launch boat to mark new water line, haul boat, & clean
     Dewax/sand hull
     Apply primer coat and 1-2 finish coats of Pettit Hydrocoat Ablative Anti-Fouling Paint

SPRING ENGINE MAINTENANCE - 2 STROKE
Inspect, clean, adjust or replace:
     Fuel filter
     Fuel system
     Throttle link
     Idle speed
     Spark plugs
     Precision blend system
     Power tilt & trim
     Wiring connections
     Charge/reinstall battery(s)
     External anode 		     Grease points
     Top cowling latch
     Motor exterior
     Exhaust or water passage leakage
     Thermostat
     Pressure relief valve
     Check fluid levels
     Install propeller
     Water test

SPRING ENGINE MAINTENANCE - 4 STROKE
Inspect, clean, adjust or replace:
     Fuel filter
     Fuel system
     Throttle link
     Idle speed
     Spark plugs
     Power tilt & trim
     Wiring connections
     Charge/reinstall battery(s)
     External anode
     Grease points 		     Top cowling latch
     Motor exterior
     Exhaust or water passage leakage
     Thermostat
     Pressure relief valve
     Timing belt
     Oil pump
     Check fluid levels
     Install propeller
     Water Test

CHECK BOAT SYSTEMS
     Check boat systems may include: Gauges, steering, pumps, hoses, thru hulls,
lights, horn, wipers, controls, plugs

FLUSH AND FILL FRESH WATER SYSTEM
     Flush and fill all fresh water systems, commision head

INSTALL AND CHECK ELECTRONICS

INSTALL CANVAS AND DROP CURTAINS

SAND AND PAINT LOWER UNIT
     Sand and paint lower unit with Antifouling Paint

WAX HULL
     Wax hull sides and motor, rails and chrome

COMPOUND HULL (AS NEEDED FOR SEVERE OXIDATION)
     Compound hull or a portion thereof

WAX BOTTOM OF BOAT
     Wax bottom of boat recommended for boats stored on rack or on trailer during summer
season to keep scum lines from forming, improves performance, fuel economy

REPLACE NUMBERS, LETTERS, STRIPING, DECALS, OR LOGOS (AS NEEDED)
     Re-tape or replace damaged numbers, letters, striping, decals or logos
     Install permit stickers and registration stickers provided by customer

CHECK ESSENTIAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT
     Check safety equipment such as docklines, fenders, flares, life jackets, fire extinguishers
No charge for labor, charge for replacement items only

STORAGE - SUMMER (BOATS/TRAILERS)
     Summer storage for boats, trailers from 5/1 through 10/31
